Finnish chef, Hans Välimäki has been the proprietor of the now-closed Chez Dominique restaurant since 1998. Välimäki is the head judge of the cooking competition Top Chef Suomi and the host of Kuppilat kuntoon, Hans Välimäki, the Finnish counterpart of Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares. He is well-known and adored for his superb culinary abilities.
