Excellent fried herring fillets (“silakkapihvi” in Finnish). Salmon soup also good. Nice laid-back atmosphere. Not too long walking distance from the city/metro stations, but far enough to feel quiet and peaceful. Surprise in the drinks menu: Chang beer.
Amazing terrace, really low prices for a cafe. 5/5 would totally recommend. You can grill your own sousages or buy from cafe for ~2€

It’s a cozy place. Nice ambience and soulful music was played while we were there. When I entered the area it looked like a ghost town with lot of boats parked around. But when I visited inside the cafe looked very nice. I would recommend everyone to visit.
The creamy salmon soup with dark bread, coffee and pancakes were absolutely fantastic. Total cost of 13,9€. Also the view is great.
A local favourite. This is a small, no-frills cafe operating out of a tiny cabin. They serve simple dishes and tasty cinnamon buns (“korvapuusti”). Try the salmon soup or buy a sausage which you can fry in the outdoor fireplace.
Good Food and Fish-Soup! Lovely location!
Quirky place by the Puotila Bay, serving Finnish comfort food with a couple of Thai classics mixed in.
