As a customer, nobody should ever call to this restaurant number and order pizza. They charge you 1 euro extra just for somebody to pick up the phone. Also they don’t let you use coupon. The whole system just create uneccessary expensive cost and customers are the one to pay for it.It is unecessary step to hire additional worker to just pick up the phone. The call could just go straight to the restaurant and staff can pick it up without any additional cost.In addition, we ordered by phone and intended to use coupon and paid at the restaurant. However, due to the somebody picked up the phone and put the order online, we are unable to se coupon. The whole system is created in a way that it is so complex and make customers feel like they are cheated by the system.

Taste of the pizza was very nice. Size of the pizza is smaller than in other places and the price is a bit higher as well. However for a normal lunch it was a good experience.
