Had lunch. Freshness of the started salad along with cardamom in the dressing set high expectations for the tikka masala that I ordered. I was still surprised of the distinct flavours that popped up depending on which part of the dish I was eating. This was excellent. Mantra has also mastered the art of making the green sauce which cleansed the palate with lime, mint and some spicyness.
