Bad experience at this placeI already wanted to leave before we ordered the food; now I wish I had. This place is unpleasantly dark. The interior decoration cannot decide on a specific style. It’s supposed to remind you of a circus but it actually looks like incoherent ugly items from the garage sale of a crazy person. The circus theme, however, explains why you get popcorn at the entrance, which is the only thing at this place that you can eat without any problems. The staff is not helpful at all. The first staff member disappeared for a while to find a table for us, although we had a reservation and the place was less than half full. The others were not much better or just ignored us; one even felt very hostile to me. The only thing that worked well was asking for the bill.Food and drinks can only be ordered via an app that you have to download on your phone! After waiting a long time, you can pick up your order and carry it to your table yourself. This experience is worse than using the self-service terminals at your local Hesburger or McDonald’s.The website says the dishes are “smaller in size” but they are actually tiny. So I just ordered two at once: beef & truffle pasta and a steak. To eat those, you only get a pastry fork. That worked somehow for the pasta, which turned out to be just tiny noodles with a tasteless cream sauce, but it didn’t work for the steak, so I couldn’t eat it. If you order dessert, you will have to reuse the pastry fork from your main course for that.Surprisingly, the only thing that does not work using that app on your phone is paying the bill. You have to call someone to bring you a card reader so that you can pay like in a real restaurant and can finally leave.

Nice restaurant that offer plenty of meals. You can order with the dedicated app that will notify you when your food is ready to pick it up. The place is very artistic with a nice environment. The portion are medium and the price is not so high. Recommended

Amazing food with tapas-sized dishes. Over-eating cause you just want to get everything

Let me just start by saying that if you’re looking for something small to eat while having a few drinks you’re better of going to Hard Rock Cafe or even to your local Burger King.Pincho Nation is a Swedish chain restaurant serving small (and I mean really small) dishes from “around the world”. Even though its name might imply otherwise, it has nothing to do with pintxos (the basque version of tapas), unless you think pintxos mean whatever food served on small plates on a piece of wood. I’ve traveled in Basque country and I can’t remember ever visiting a pintxo bar where I received my food on a piece of wood which you’re supposed to hang on a hideous metal rack screwed in the middle of your table. But perhaps I missed that particular one. It’s also an “app restaurant”. That means that to dine there you need to download their app, sign in, choose what you want to eat and drink, wait for a notification and then walk up to a counter where you pick up the stuff you had the misfortune of ordering. Afterwards you use the app to settle the bill. The good thing about all of this idiocy is that you don’t have to lie that you enjoyed any of it to the poor underpaid sod working there. The food in Pincho Nation is unimaginative, uninspired and low quality, it takes forever to arrive and there’s no service to speak of (it’s essentially a self service venue). It’s also relatively pricey for what you get. Also apparently Pincho Nation is too cheap (even if their food isn’t) to invest in air conditioning (or even enough fans) so the patrons end up sweating it up like in a sauna, except this one is decorated with eye-searing amount of kitch.Fortunately this all amounts to an experience of such absurdity that the next day you might end up believing it was all just an especially strange fever dream and forget all about it.

Really worth to visit. Great tapas food. Wide selection of vegan and non-vegan food, colorful cocktails and desserts. Interior design is really amazing.

More gimmick than food palace. More attention paid to the theme and decor than food. Food portions are smaller than what you imagine and probably you can cook better at home. Over priced, no wait staff, and using mandatory application isn’t helping it either.

Bunch of small portions ordered with an app. Really slow. Good enough food
