If you’re looking for local Finnish flavours and ingredients for a tasting menu this is the place. Not giving five stars as the wine pairings weren’t all the that great. Deserts were great.

Small and cozy place in great location 😊, staff is very friendly and professional. Tasting menu was a great experience and all dishes were done with great quality. There were some dishes that were quite bold e.g. deer tartar

One of the best meals I’ve had in Helsinki. The employees were super friendly and our menu had some surprises too (3 different desserts? A chefs surprise ?). The food is Nordic style so if you’re a foreign tourist looking to get a taste of Nordic delicacies, or maybe a local looking to experiment with familiar flavors, this place is for you

Good food but the menu seems overpriced. Tasting menu + small drinks package + 1 additional drink/pp was 300€ for two. Have been to quite a few fine dining restaurants that have a 5 course tasting menu for under 60€ and don’t see the difference. Some dishes lacked flavor; the Arctic char with cucumber dill granita (kitchen greeting) and poached egg starter. Big minus for having the radio on the speakers as background music – I can listed to radio adverts and Finnish rap in my own time but choose not to. The music was changed at some point. Service was good.

Amazing food, great atmosphere and truly authentic Finnish flavours. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to try local cuisine in a fine dining setting. We had the 6 course meal and cheeses and were blown away.
