“Ravintola Urban on pieni ja persoonallinen, vähän erilainen lounas- ja tilausravintola Kuopion keskustassa, vanhassa arvokiinteistössä, aivan torin tuntumassa.

Arvostamme hyvää ruokaa, laadukkaita raaka-aineita, sujuvaa palvelua ja tietenkin asiakkaitamme!

Urban on luonteeltaan lämmin ja rento paikka jossa olostaan nauttii niin asiakas kuin henkilökuntakin, myös hyvin käyttäytyvät koirat ovat tervetulleita meille. Pöytävaruksia emme lounaalle ota, mutta ohjaamme parhaille vapaille paikoille heti ovelta. Sekapöytäkäytäntöämme ei kannata säikähtää vaan solahtaa reippaasti tunnelmaan mukaan!

Kuopio is a fabulous place to visit in the winter…who wouldn’t want a sky jump in the middle of town! It’s a 4hr train journey through stunning landscape from Helsinki. Some great places to eat when you arrive. Best of all is this place, Ravintola Urban. Small daily changing menu draws you in frequently. Have a honey brewed beer with any dish!

What a wonderful lunchtime spot! I visited here with a friend shortly after moving to Kuopio, and I was blown away by the quality of the food. The menu for the restaurant changes daily, and is announced at the beginning of the week. The price for lunch is 11€, and includes an appetizer of vegetable soup, salad, and malt bread, your choice of main course, and an adorable desert bite with coffee/tea to finish your meal. Unsurprising that this little gem of a restaurant has earned some pretty prestigious awards!
