We went with a group of friends, & it was absolutely delicious! I recommend going for dinner (and making a reservation is a must!) as I went a few years ago for the lunch special which wasn’t as memorable. Personally, I got the venison and reindeer with lingonberry sauce and smoked mousse, mashed potatoes with mushroom gravy, and roasted vegetables. For dessert, I just settled for the tar ice cream with seasonal berries. I couldn’t have asked for a better meal! Afterwards, I purchased some of their tar barbecue sauce (Which is also amazingly good!). We will definitely be back next time we’re in town visiting family.

Having found this restaurant online we couldn’t wait to try for over a year. We had travel over for the IIHF World Championships as part of our honey moon and we where blown away by the food, style of the restaurant and the service from Sven. If we are ever lucky enough to travel to Tampere again we will visit. Thanks again for a brilliant experience.

I really loved this venue in particular because of the beautiful atmosphere with viking music. The food was pretty nice, hight standard. However, the prices are slightly above the average, but this can be justified watching the great location. The weiters were really polite and prepared. I suggested this place to try a different food experience.

A really cool place and certainly worth a visit if you are intheneighbourhood. The food is delicious and tasty. There is a very good salad bar. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive. The service is prompt and efficient. The place has a unique atmosphere and it is an interesting space for kids to explore.
