Very slow service from waiting at the door, providing menus, connecting order, serving food, but quick to get the bill!Another chain restaurant belonging to the s-group, and staff try to smile, but could work more efficiently.The menu is rather basic and with they number of kitchen staff, there is a lack of creativity. The food is presented well, and cooked reasonably without too much fault. Although the balance of food coming out at different times needs much working on, the grilled sweet potatoes were not piping hot, not were the other vegetables, but just about warm to eat. When compared to a hot pot, there is a distinct difference in the temperature of the food, which was a bit disturbing when eating.As a hotel restaurant this is ok. As a standalone restaurant, I’m not sure.

Friendly service but not caring about food quality. Coke was almost flat and when mentioned to the staff nothing done but another flat coke delivered. Chips were cold and hamburger patty tough as was the bun. But nobody approached after food was delivered. Paid to a different person. The common attitude among staff really let’s the place down.
